Air Fryer Vegetable Egg Rolls

Try this vegan egg rolls at home in the air fryer and cut the grease. Guilt free take out at home.

Ingredients
  

Produce
  • 1 bag Cole slaw mix carrots and cabbage
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • Ginger zest
  • 1/2 Red onion
  • Nasoya Egg Roll Wraps
Seasonings
  • Sea salt optional
  • Black Pepper
  • Garlic powder
Condiment
  • Tamari
  • Extra virgin line oil
  • Sesame oil
  • Rice wine vinegar

Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Method
 

  1. Prepare and chop your vegetables
  2. Preheat saute pan with extra virgin olive oil
  3. Add the onion and ginger and saute for 3 minutes
  4. Add the cabbage, carrots, and garlic and cook down for a few minutes. Then add the rest of the ingredients except the egg roll wrappers. Cook down a little more.
  5. Remove from heat and let set for 10 minutes.
  6. Lay your egg roll wrapper on a cutting board and take spoonful of cabbage mixture and place in the center of the wrapper. Wet the outside of the wrapper with water fold down to seal. Apply more water if needed. Repeat as needed to fill other egg rolls.
  7. Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 350.
  8. Add egg rolls in layer seam side down and lightly spray will cooking spray if desired.
  9. Air fry for 20 minutes or until crispy flipping half way through.
