My Mission

 

Hi, I’m Clarissa, an Integrative Health & Movement Coach dedicated to helping you move better, feel stronger, and restore balance in your body and life.

My work goes beyond traditional fitness or wellness. I support active professionals, runners, and busy professionals to rebuild strength, reduce pain, and regulate their nervous system through intentional movement, mindful habits, and whole body care.

I believe true health isn’t about extremes — it’s about creating stability, freedom of movement, and sustainable routines that support energy, heart health, longevity, performance, and long-term wellbeing.

About Me

My journey into holistic movement began through my own experiences with stress, physical imbalance, and the desire to feel strong and capable in my body.

Over the years, I’ve studied Pilates, mobility, strength training, yoga, breathwork, nutrition, and recovery practices to understand how the body truly functions as an integrated system.

I integrate these modalities to help clients

Are the recipes on this blog all healthy?

The recipes on this blog are intended to be healthy but always listen to your body and modify as needed. You can always cook with water to skip the oil and use other seasoning as needed. When oil is in a recipe it is very little and feel free to omit salt.
